Father John Nepil is a priest of Denver, Colorado and a member of the priestly association of the Companions of Christ. Having completed a doctorate in dogmatic theology at the Pontifical University of Santa Croce in Rome, he now serves as professor of theology at St. John Vianney Theological Seminary and Parochial Vicar at Our Lady of Lourdes Parish in Denver. He has published articles in Communio, Logos, Linacre Quarterly, and Newman Studies Journal, as well as authored the books A Bride Adorned: The Mary-Church Perichoresis in Modern Catholic Theology and To Heights and Unto Depths, Letters from the Colorado Trail. His specific theological interest is the interplay between Mariology and Ecclesiology, and its implications for the renewal of the priesthood.
