Jonas Astrup Beck is a systems thinker and Vanguard Method expert, trained by the method's originators and with almost two decades spent applying and helping develop it. He works with leaders across the private and public sectors — insurance, healthcare, social care, student benefits, municipal services — helping them improve their organisations from the inside.

He spent most of a year watching AI from the outside, unconvinced. Then he did the thing he asks leaders to do: he went and looked. What he found became AI doesn't care what it amplifies.
