Josh’s career has been unconventional. Starting his non-profit Kaiizen at 23, it quickly went global and Josh found himself creating mentoring programs for youth worldwide while trying to finish his advertising degree. Soon after graduating his humanitarian therapy program found traction in youth treatment centers and Josh cut his teeth taking at-risk youth all around the world on service expeditions. He found great value and passion in mentoring while traveling. Josh started his own coaching practice to slow his pace a bit while writing Bang Head Here with his coaching partner Hollie Henderson. Josh currently is the CEO of Able, a lifestyle app that combines financial literacy and real world banking products with socio-emotional concepts and an executive functioning skills building platform. Josh is a father of 2 and granddad of a little 2 year old.
