Joshua D. Koester lives in Missouri with his wife, two kids, her parents, and a pair of insane dogs — a collie named Duke who is a gentleman and a scholar, and a golden retriever named Mad Max Rockastansky who is a bloody idiot and a menace to society. We still love him.
