Judy Collier was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA. She was educated in the public school system and is a graduate of Temple University. Her employment throughout the years gave her the opportunity to live in several cities before returning to her hometown where she met and married Ed. She has one son and enjoys traveling as a retiree after many years of caregiving. Her book, Lunches with Ed, has received the Literary Titan's Book Award.
