Judy has immersed herself in mentoring and leadership for over three decades. During that time, she has written three books, "IF I Catch You I Will Kill You" "On Sales, Leadership and Other Helpful Business Stuff" and "Everyone Wants to Name the Dog." She has also written two columns for the recycling industry, The CART for Metals Recycling Magazine and On Sales for Scrap Magazine for which she won a ASBPE Award.

Judy speaks at conferences as well as providing one on one mentoring and coaching. She studied in Chicago's comedy circle at Second City, IO and Player's Workshop. This was her steppingstone in tapping into other's strengths and using Yes, And as a guide to being a better person.
