Karyn is the oldest of her siblings, 3 of which she lost tragically with her mother at a young age. Despite the experienced abuse, trauma, she never gave up. This book was written out of the tireless inspiration of family and others that burn the candle at both ends, trying to make a difference, self sacrificing and self sabotaging trying to make others lives easier. But forgetting to take care of themselves. Sometimes we forget how to let divine love and peace be our guide, to work with and through us and for the ones we love most.

Remember no matter what what your profession, what you’ve been through or going through now, you’re not alone. The things we do, the hidden traumas, the way we think, the energy baggage we carry affects those around us. And the outcome is not positive. When your mind, emotions, and spirit is out of wack so is your body. It affects our better judgment and behaviour. Everyone has been through something or going through something. Everyone has a story, this is mine. Take cake of self, mind, body, and soul! Stop internalising problems you can’t control.
