Kermit E. Heartsong is an author, entrepreneur, award-winning designer (games, books), and former columnist for the “San Francisco Chronicle.” As an author, Kermit has written three books, that speak to the social, economic, and geopolitical ramifications currently manifest in the world around us. Kermit’s entrepreneurial road has led him to found gaming (traditional and software), biotech, software, big data, and consulting companies. And his achievements in both game and book design, have seen him awarded numerous times for his distinctive, efficient, and aesthetically sound designs. Kermit currently serves on the Board of Directors of W.S.D.G Design, he is a Board Member and the Vice President of the California Writers Club (CWC) Berkeley, a graduate of the Writer's Boot Camp (Santa Monica), and a member of the Writer's Workshop (San Francisco). He is also a screenwriter with multiple projects under review and one project, that has been recently optioned. His experience over multiple industries, technical/nontechnical spheres, and his work with up and coming entrepreneurs, as well as established entrepreneurs has enabled him to quickly adapt to changing times, environments, and expectations.
