Kai Flowers has been studying Reiki for 5+ years and introduced hundreds of people to the beauty of Reiki energy. He grew up in a series of hardships that left him looking for the right way to express and heal himself. Upon losing his way, he discovered Reiki through one of his family members. After experiencing his first Reiki session, he felt as if a pent up ball of emotions was set free and the result was emotional freedom. He decided to pursue Reiki as a form of self-healing that eventually grew into a passion to help others experience the same freeing effects that he experienced.He has knowledge of chakras, crystals, and focuses predominantly on Usui Reiki Ryoho, but has knowledge of various other types of Reiki healing as well.
