Kate is from the seaside town of Greystones in Co. Wicklow Ireland, where she lives with her three children. A well-known blogger and features writer in both the U.K. and Irish parenting realms, and has written regularly for the Irish and UK newspapers and online websites. Her first book Untying the Knot - How to Consciously Uncouple In The Real World details how to have an amicable divorce. Her latest book, The Accidental Soberista chronicles her journey of going from grey area, social drinking, through the challenges she faced, and on to the many joys of a sober lifestyle. - The Accidental Soberista is out now - published by Gill 2021 - Untying the Knot was published by Orpen Press in 2019.
