I am Katherine Memoli, and I had no idea I was going to end up an author. Most of my adult life I was a baker by trade, and I loved it, but a rare genetic disease turned my life upside down and changed every aspect of my life. I lost my ability to walk on my own, I could no longer live independently and had to move in with family. One day out of boredom I just started typing on my laptop and I didn't stop, I loved it and my first book "Reticent" was created. I have only been writing for two years but I just love it, most days I have to make myself stop to go to bed or to eat because I enjoy it so much. My second book, "The Little Garage Girl's Puzzle" was also published, and I am currently working on a three-part book series that should be published in early 25'.
