Katherine Sandusky (formerly Watson) came to work for Jose Silva in 1990, shortly after graduating from high school. She learned the business - and how to use the Silva techniques in business - from the ground up. She started by taking orders, working in the mail room, and running the shipping department. After a few years, she moved to Austin, Texas, and went to work in the state government bureaucracy. While working for the state, she started her own Silva business, Avlis Productions Inc., and soon grew it into a full time business with representatives in many countries around the world. She is the coauthor, along with Jose Silva Jr. and Ed Bernd Jr., of the newest Jose Silva books: Silva UltraMind Systems ESP for Business Success, and Silva UltraMind Systems Persuasive Thoughts, both published by G&D Media. In addition to managing the business, she has traveled around the world presenting the Silva UltraMind ESP System, and now presents Silva UltraMind online Webinars that attract attendees from all over the planet. She is also a full time mother to her young daughter Lily. By the way, if you are wondering where the name Avlis came from, just spell it backwards.
