Keith Ward has been writing fiction since he was little. He's not little anymore, but he's still writing. He’s written non-fiction as a newspaper, magazine and online journalist for many years, and writes fiction in his spare time, with an emphasis on epic fantasy and dystopia. He likes to imagine a "what if" scenario and follow it to strange new places. In 2014, he spent a week with legendary fantasy/science fiction author Orson Scott Card at his "Literary Boot Camp," for which he was personally chosen by Card. While there, he wrote a short story that became the foundation for "99 Days." The short story, "The Proxy," won an Honorable Mention in the Writers of the Future contest. He’s married to a woman far too good for him, and lives near Baltimore, Maryland, where you will often find him on his bicycle when he's not writing.
