Kelvin Rodeo is a poet, storyteller, and independent author whose work explores identity, history, culture, social change, and the search for meaning in a rapidly changing world. Born in 1989 and raised between cultures, he draws inspiration from his Filipino heritage, roots in the Northern Mariana Islands, military service, community activism, rave culture, and the countless people and stories that have shaped his journey.

His writing blends personal experience with broader questions about belonging, justice, resilience, and collective awakening. Whether writing poetry, history, or cultural commentary, Kelvin seeks to give voice to stories that are often overlooked while encouraging readers to think deeply, feel honestly, and imagine a better future.

He is the author of KAOZ Theory: Poems from the Fracture Lines of a Breaking World and Shadows in Paradise: The Dark History of the CNMI Guest Worker Program.
