KIMBERLIE SMITH was born in a small town in Washington state. As a young girl, her family traveled often and saw most of the United States. It was during these long road trips with her family that she grew her love for reading.

She loves writing books. She remembers writing many short stories as young as ten years old. She loves the twists and turns and ups and downs that each page brings to a reader. There isn't a better feeling but satisfaction when you've closed the book on the last page.

She now lives in Ohio and has two beautiful children who inspire her to write bright, fun, creative, journeys that they've shared. It's her joy and passion to share these magical treasures with her readers. Enjoy taking a trip with her on this adventure, and many more to come.
