Lebede Ngartera, PhD, is a mathematician, artificial intelligence researcher, author, and founder of TeraSystemsAI LLC, a Pennsylvania-based research and engineering company focused on trustworthy AI and high-stakes decision systems.

His work examines how artificial intelligence can strengthen human capability, professional judgment, education, scientific research, and institutional resilience without creating excessive dependence or weakening accountability.

Before founding TeraSystemsAI, he taught mathematics at the university level. He has published peer-reviewed research in machine learning, Bayesian neural networks, retrieval-augmented generation, healthcare AI, autonomous systems, scam detection, and applied optimization.
