Lee Cockerell was born in Bartlesville, Oklahoma and attended Oklahoma State University before serving in the US Army. Lee is the former Executive VP of Disney World. and author of three best selling books, The Customer Rules, Creating Magic and Time Management Magic. Lee was responsible for all Guest operations at Disney World for ten years. Before Disney Lee held executive positions with Hilton Hotels and Marriott International. In 2006 Lee founded his own consulting and seminar business including keynote speaking around the world. Lee publishes a popular podcast titled Creating Disney Magic and also a leadership app titled Creating Magic...Coaching on the Go. The app is available for iphones or in the Android marketplace.
