Lightening up has been a theme of my life and many of the people in my private practice. Becoming lightfooted as we learn to dance with life and not hide our light behind what others might think. Becoming lightheaded as we let go of the stories we tell others and ourselves about who we are and start to live here now. Becoming lighthearted as we engage the energy of the inner critic to be who we have always been. Particles of light having a life. At age 60, this is my time of harvest. The stream of having had a communications agency, having obtained a BSc in Brennan Healing Science and being on the board of several foundations, are all flowing together. I have so far published two books in Dutch and am working on the third. Alight is my second book, the first one to appear in English. I live in Amsterdam, the Netherlands and travel often to Scotland where as per December 2014 I am Chair of the Trustees of the Findhorn Foundation, the spiritual community that started in 1962 to live in harmony with the divine, with each other and with nature. I am blessed and hope that my harvest is a blessing to you and to the whole.
