Lou was born in 1945 in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. She traveled the globe while supporting her military husband. She worked and served in leadership positions with numerous Christian women groups and found joy in volunteering. The past thirty years Lou has lived in Jacksonville, Arkansas. She is Assistant Pastor of Immanuel Family Worship Center and Professor at Global Impact School of Ministry and Bible College. Lou’s book, Developing a Kingdom Mindset was published in 2018. In 2018 Lou received a legendary service award from her Church under leadership of Bishop Ricky Allen and She received a Kingdom Achievement Award from Global Impact School of Ministry and Bible College founded by Apostle Brenda Jefferson.
