Lynda Ponder is a UK-based author of emotional, cinematic post-apocalyptic fiction with a spiritual edge.

Her debut novel, Ashes of Eden, follows a mother and daughter crossing a burning England in search of a missing son. A story of survival, love, and the quiet awakening of something deeper beneath the ruins.

Drawn to stories that explore both the fragility and strength of humanity, Lynda writes characters who feel real, flawed, and fiercely human, the kind that stay with you long after the final page.

Before publishing her own work, she spent years designing book covers and interiors for authors, giving her a deep understanding of storytelling from both the inside and the outside.

When she’s not writing, she can usually be found walking along the coast at sunrise with her dog, tending to her ducks, or sharing quiet moments at home with her cat, often dreaming up new worlds or sharing her journey with a growing community of readers and writers online.
