Lynn has been a cat lover all her life. Although she had worked as a volunteer at the local animal shelter, it wasn't until her cat, Fluffy, became ill that Lynn had personal experience with "cat diabetes". She was shocked that animals were affected by diabetes since she had always associated it only with humans. Lynn took a personal interest in learning about the disease and wanted to share the information with other cat owners. Her research lead to the writing of "Cat Diabetes Basics: How It Affects Your Pet and You". This book discusses basic information needed to be able to converse with your vet on issues related to cat diabetes.
