Michael Wedaa is a respected business consultant and has been a successful entrepreneur for more than 20 years, he has owned, operated and sold dozens of businesses. His consulting firm has worked with thousands of small businesses in both one-on-one and group formats – focused on process optimization, workforce productivity, corporate structure and long-term growth. Michael is the author of the best-selling book, Corporation and LLC Secrets, and speaks about the benefits of incorporating all over the country. He has formed corporations and LLCs for his clients in all 50 states. Michael taught a section of an economics course at UCLA on for-profit and non-profit corporations in addition to providing consulting for the student-created businesses in the course. Michael has traveled to more than 100 countries on 6 continents. An avid traveler since his youth, he got started by visiting many of the great national parks in the U.S. and took his first major international trips to Europe, South America, and Asia. After his trip to Asia in 2011, Michael caught the travel bug and began taking 4 international trips per year. In 2022, Michael was asked to become the host of a travel TV show called The Layover Experience. Michael’s show, currently in production, explains how to use layovers as a tool to see multiple countries for free.
