Marc Rainer is a former Air Force JAG Circuit Prosecutor and former
federal prosecutor in Washington, D.C. and Kansas City, Missouri, with more
than thirty years of courtroom experience and hundreds of major military
and federal cases tried including homicides, federal conspiracies, and
organized crime and mafia prosecutions.That real-world experience is the
