Margaret Lepera is an award-winning writer who has crafted stories for a variety of audiences throughout her career. It is her hope that "The Soulful Adventure of Spencer, the Soft-hearted Seal" (ages 5-9) will help children learn to listen to their own inner voices for guidance when confronted with life's challenges, as well as provide the perspective of offering kindness to all sentient beings.

In addition to her work as an author, she is also a certified Meditation Instructor and Reiki Master well-versed in mindfulness, mantra meditation, heart coherence techniques, sound healing, and visualization. She is also a holistic/integrative health writer.
