Born in Yorkshire, England, Martin O’Toole was an adman and high-functioning alcoholic for over 20 years. Following a truly transformative experience courtesy of the potent Amazonian plant medicine Ayahuasca, he left his hectic existence in London to live a mindful life in Bali, Indonesia. Beating addiction and depression with plant medicines and ancient Eastern practices and philosophies, he has become an outspoken ambassador for suicide awareness and mental health. Martin O’Toole is now a trauma-informed psychedelic integration coach, working to ensure the safe and intentional use of psychedelics for vastly improved mental health.
