Matt Boren is an author, TV/Film writer and actor. He broke into television with his FOX pilot Dirtbags. He has since written on/produced over eighty episodes of television and has sold shows to FOX, NBC, ABC, FX, E!, Disney Channel, Nickelodeon and most recently HBOmax. As an author, Matt has penned titles for Razorbill and Audible, including Folded Notes from High School, which was touted as one of the most “Amazing Audiobooks” of the year by YALSA and Tinaca Jones starring Retta.   His most recent Audible Original - Brackish Waters - stars Christina Applegate. A graduate of NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, Matt is also an accomplished actor, most notably playing Stuart for nine seasons on How I Met Your Mother.
