Matthew Conard is a father of five who lives in coastal North Carolina and spends most of his spare time facilitating kid activities while working in technology. He was an officer in the US Army who deployed twice to Afghanistan, was stationed in Italy, and worked in the US Embassy in Sarajevo, Bosnia. He is a graduate of the US Army Airborne, Air Assault, SERE, and Ranger Schools. Matthew holds a Bachelor’s Degree from American University in Washington, DC, an MBA from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill, and a Master of Geospatial Information Science and Technology from North Carolina State University. Matthew is an Eagle Scout who continues to do his best at volunteering and serving the community as able. He enjoys kayaking, hiking, learning languages, and studying history and theology.
