Maya Bennett is an occupational therapist and a counselor in Townsend, TN. Her work often revolves in helping her clients (children, elderly, professionals) to achieve a fulfilled and meaningful purpose in life through improves, recovers and develops their skills needed to contribute to the community. Over the years, Maya has developed her very own style of communicating with people and understanding their needs. In her books, Maya hopes to share her knowledge, ways of communication, practical steps to improve interactions and relationships. The insights that she has discovered through her work will only be useful and beneficial to others through sharing them. She believes that book is one the better way and hopes that with her books, everyone has a chance of leading a more satisfied and fulfilling life. In her spare time, Maya loves to spend time with her children and periodically visit a nursing home to help out and conduct activities for the residents.
