Through his books, he shares his entrepreneurial knowledge along with his belief that everyone can be an innovator in any field. He is also an author of 2 technical publications “Java 9 High Performance: Practical techniques and best practices for optimizing Java applications through concurrency, reactive programming, and more” and “Java: High-Performance Apps with Java 9” published by UK’s leading IT publisher PacktPub which have educated thousands of developers around the world. His upcoming book “Learn Java Programming - Fundamentals of Java 11” is going to publish in December 2018.
Mayur Ramgir is the founder of a global public charity ZFORCE through which he works on various social issues like underprivileged child empowerment, helping women in need and terminally ill patients. Through his philanthropist efforts he has created a music video #MeTheForce to show how kids and women are getting exploited. For this video he got several International Film Festival awards and nominations “Best First Time Director” for his direction. They are from “New York Film Festival”, “Festigious International Film Festival” and nominations from “London Independent Film Awards”, “Long Island International Film Expo”, and finalist in “Global Film Festival Awards”. He has personally conducted innovation camp for street kids to take them out of poverty and help them make world-class innovators. For his businesses, he works with an organization called Project Starfish, Inc. that trains people with disabilities like blindness, amputated veterans, etc. on various business related skills. He provides these individuals an employment opportunity to stand on their feet.
On a mission to encourage innovation on an individual level, Mayur has also founded the Zonopact Innovation Lab (www.zonopact.com/zlab), an incubator for young talent lacking resources to follow their dreams. He has extended this lab to younger kids to give them opportunity to explore their innovative mindset through MerrySpell initiative. With his excellent leadership he got MerrySpell to get awarded by Radio City (Dainik Jagran initiative) as Delhi City Icon 2018 - Excellence in Kids Camp.
