Mel Mattison is a writer and financial services veteran. Leveraging over twenty years’ experience in the realm of high finance, he brings real-world authenticity to his fictional narratives. As Thomas Jefferson wrote, “banking establishments are more dangerous than standing armies.” With Quoz, Mel pulls characters seemingly out of the screen of Margin Call, Boiler Room, and The Wolf of Wall Street. He delivers an epic thrill ride packed with action, intrigue, and a healthy dose of economic realism. Mel holds an MBA from Duke University and studied creative writing at Loyola University Chicago.
