Meredith Hooke was born in Canberra, Australia and moved to the United States when she was four years old, growing up just outside of Washington DC. For over 20 years she worked in the financial industry in Sydney, London, and the US. In 1999, Meredith began meditating as a way to reduce her stress and found through meditation an even greater inner peace she never knew existed. In 2013, she left her career, boyfriend, and home to pursue a path of gradual awakening. She now lives and travels full-time in her RV, with her dog, teaching others how to find peace of mind. This is Meredith's first book and draws from many years of study and practice on learning how to forgive others, and even more importantly how to forgive herself.
