Michael D. Forras, known as The Everyday Diplomat, is a seasoned leader and leadership educator with over 20 years of experience in the United States Marine Corps. As a Sergeant Major, he has guided teams through high-pressure environments, gaining deep insights into inspiring and empowering others. Michael has also served with the Department of State, learning cross-cultural communication and diplomacy while stationed abroad. He spearheaded innovation within the Marine Corps, bridging divides to foster collaboration and drive advancements. Holding a degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Michael is completing an MBA in Management Consulting at Penn State University. His leadership training includes programs like the Disney Institute’s Leadership Excellence course. Passionate about helping others, Michael founded The Everyday Diplomat to share proven strategies for trust and collaboration.
