Michael Harris is the author of Why Push?

He spent over twenty-five years in business, rising from salesperson to company president. He later built a sales training business and was published in Harvard Business Review.

He holds an MBA and an MSSE.

By most measures, he was doing well. It was never enough, and for a long time he assumed the answer was simply more.

His work grew out of years of seeking, practice, retreats, teachers, and the slow dismantling of the search itself.
