He has written for television, stage, and magazines, but is now turning his attention to novels with a historical flair. He writes full time from his home in Long Beach, California where he dreams up stories on his laptop with Linus, his dog, and a pot of hot coffee always nearby. He once met Anita Loos, author of "Gentlemen Prefer Blondes," who advised him get up and write early every morning, starting at 4 am. He has never done that.
