Michael Tiger is a former Fortune 100 executive, executive coach, CPA, and founder of The Tiger’s Edge. Over more than two decades, he has led across industries and functions, bringing a rare blend of business rigor, creative perspective, and human insight to his work with leaders and organizations.

His book, Inspired by LIFE: Redefining the Future of Leadership, reflects his belief that leadership growth does not begin and end at work. The experiences that shape us as people can also strengthen how we lead.

Today, Michael coaches executives, rising leaders, and teams who are ready to think differently about what comes next. His work helps leaders lead with greater clarity, adaptability, authenticity, creativity, and impact.

Michael holds a PCC coaching credential, an MBA from Columbia Business School, and a CPA, and serves as an adjunct professor at Rutgers Business School. He lives in New Jersey with his wife and two children.
