From a young age, Mickey was captivated by the enchanting world of cinema, drawn into its mesmerizing narratives and the art of visual storytelling. This early fascination ignited a desire to craft his own tales. Mickey pursued higher education at the University of Lincoln, where he studied media production. After he spent six years in video production, Mickey honed his skills and developed a keen eye for detail, composition, and narrative structure. Not long after he also embarked on a creative path, acquiring a master's degree in creative writing. This formal training allowed him to delve deeper into the art of crafting immersive narratives, refining his ability to transport audiences. Currently residing on the outskirts of Coventry, UK with his partner and dog, Mickey also works as a Client Account Manager with a portfolio of clients in many different industries. Mickey has a passion for writing thriller and science fiction but he also enjoys an eclectic collection of genres. His favourite author is C.J. Tudor.
