Mileidy Daniel is a Mental Health Therapist, Learning and Development Manager, Certified Life/Corporate Coach, and owner of Reach to Succeed, LLC, as well as the proud parent of 3 amazing children and a spouse since 2006. Mileidy has a master's degree from Argosy University in Community Counseling. Mileidy started her career working at hospices and learned about the meaning of life. She then began a 14+ year career in community counseling where she learned the power of empathy, the importance of consistency and accountability, and the strength that can be found in the community. Mileidy's main goal is to assist others in reaching their goals, holding them accountable, and teaching them techniques to improve their connection, empathy, and self-improvement. Her books and projects are designed to achieve these goals. Her main motto is "Work ethic can be applied to all aspects of your life. Treat all aspects of your life with impeccable work ethic and success will come."
