Miroo Kim (she/her) is the founder and CEO of People+Culture. She is dedicated to fostering systemic well-being in startups and tech companies. In her twenty-year career at tech companies such as Apple, Meta, and Microsoft, she discovered the importance of the human mind in making wonderful technology products and services. This led her to feel deeply interested in how to take care of human minds at workplaces. Miroo helped more than three thousand professionals, over one hundred teams, and many startups to achieve their goals with emotional intelligence and psychological safety, which got her the nickname, “product manager for people and culture.” Miroo coaches, consults, and facilitates workshops and training to help individuals and teams to work more effectively with balance and resilience so they thrive together.
