Mohamed Fadel is an optimist and a youth leadership advocate. He believes everyone has the ability and obligation to fulfill their own potential, making the world a better place. At only 24, Mohamed was the Global President of AIESEC, the world’s largest youth-led organization, leading 40,000 young people from over 120 countries and territories. Mohamed spent years speaking on behalf of youth everywhere in his strive for peace and fulfillment of humankind’s potential. He has devoted the better part of the past decade leading and managing hundreds of people of varying diversities and accruing experiences and lessons in leadership, personal growth, and social development. Mohamed is a writer and the author of Grayscale: A Memoir of an Introverted Leader. Next to writing, Mohamed invests in growing individuals and businesses through consulting and personal coaching. He aims to inspire others through his work and give back to those around him for a chance to make a difference in their lives, and in the world as a whole.
