I’m Nadia Finer, and I’m a shyness expert. I’m on a softly-spoken mission to help shy people be more mighty. I know what it's like to struggle with shyness. Sounding like a little kid has made me very self-conscious. But, rather than hide behind my insecurities, I’ve figured out how to embrace my shyness, push past my fears and tap into my hidden strengths. I have written two books about shyness, one for adults and one for kids, I’m the host of the Shy and Mighty podcast and I work with schools and organizations to help raise awareness of shyness.
