Dr Nicola Nice is a sociologist, brand strategist, and spirits entrepreneur. Nicola has worked in product innovation for more than 20 years advising some of the largest wine and spirits producers from around the globe, as well as founding the award-winning gin company, Pomp & Whimsy. Her dedication to writing women back into cocktail history has been widely praised and featured in the New York Times, Vogue, and more. In 2019, she was named by Forbes as one of the top women running the liquor world, and in 2022, by Wine Enthusiast as one of the Future 40 leaders of the wine and spirits industry. She lives with her family in Westchester County, New York, where she can usually be found with a cup of tea or cocktail in hand, and a spaniel at foot.
