Nikki Murphy is an awarded Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Leader, speaker, poet, and award-winning author of Home For Hurricanes: A Memoir of Resilience in Poetry and Prose. After experiencing sexual assault, fatherlessness, and depression, Murphy went on to become the first in her family to graduate college, establish a successful purpose-driven career, and become a millionaire before the age of 35.
