Odysseus Andrianos is the author of "Shadow Awakening: The Dawn of Human Potential." An entrepreneur, coach, mentor, public speaker, and lover of wisdom. Odysseus has been coaching for 20+ years, opened 3 coaching facilities in Northern California, and has supported people all over the globe on their path to improved wellness. After many years working primarily as a fitness and nutrition coach he discovered that the root cause of most peoples challenges had less to do with diet and exercise and much more deeply rooted in peoples struggles with mental and emotional health. Thus began his quest into understanding the depths of psychology, human performance, shadow work, and Taoist philosophy. When COVID occurred in 2020 he had to shut down two of his coaching facilities which was his passion and dream. Odysseus pivoted his career into becoming a life coach specializing in shadow work. He began writing his book and created a supplemental video course to go along with his program called, "Shadow Awakening." After 20,000 hours of coaching he discovered he could get faster results with less effort if his clients learned the tools of self mastery, shadow work, and emotional intelligence. This has been the greatest catalyst in his career and his program has launched his clients to new levels of self love, confidence, and improved relationships through mastery of the principles taught in his coaching program. Writing a book has been a life long goal for Odysseus, he's excited, grateful, and humbled by the opportunity to support more people with his content with his first book being launched. It's not just a book, but a work book that you can use to do deep inner work to set yourself free from the shackles of your past that limit you unconsciously.
