Paige Layle is an autistic and otherwise neurodivergent advocate, author and public speaker. Layle began sharing her mental health journey and experience in 2019 on social media where she continues to create insightful, relatable and educational content- massing over 3 million followers across platforms. Although they began speaking about their autism diagnosis and journey, they focus on living as a young adult with complex trauma, and how to find safety and love within yourself especially when life is difficult. Her first published work, her autobiography But Everyone Feels This Way, was published in 2024 with Hachette Go and became an instant bestseller. Layle's second published work is The Mental Alchemy Workbook, self-published through Kindle Direct Publishing in 2026. Through the lens of her teaching and caretaking background, Layle sees the limited resources some children receive, and believes every adult has choices to accept and heal their past, to live a happier, more sustainable present.
