Patricia was born in Quantico Va. and grew up in nearby Stafford and Prince William counties. She served for 30 years with the Prince William County Police Department, retiring as a Master Detective and then served as Police Chief for a small agency in Stafford County for 9 years. She resides in Fredericksburg Virginia and spends her spare time with Carnival Cruise Lines and the Breakfast Club - a group of retired female detectives and police widows.
