Peter Hiett graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a geology degree from the University of Colorado in 1983, married his high school sweetheart, and then journeyed to California where he graduated from Fuller Seminary in 1988. Since then he’s fathered four children, been ordained in the Presbyterian Church USA, Evangelical Presbyterian Church, and is currently ordained by the independent church in which he pastors—The Sanctuary Denver. Peter has authored two expository commentaries on Genesis chapters one and two, revealing that God is still creating each of us in time and imparting to each of us His Will, such that each and all would love in the freedom and joy that is the Kingdom of Heaven, and endless ecstasy. These books build on Peter’s two previous books, “Dance Lessons for Zombies” and “Eternity Now”—expositions of the Sermon on the Mount and the Revelation, respectively. Peter professes that God is One and so His Judgment is Love. God is Love and so desires to save. God is Almighty and so can save. God is Jesus and so does save. “In him all the fullness of God was pleased to dwell, and through him to reconcile to himself all things… making peace by the blood of his cross” (Col. 1:19-20).
