Rachael Alexander is a single parent to her 17 year old son and currently lives in the East Riding of Yorkshire. She is passionate about helping young people understand their mental health, empowering them to make life choices which are right for them and not necessarily the norms of the society they live in. Rachael spent the first 25 years of her life following the human curriculum, that of climbing the corporate career ladder and following the expected traditions she was raised in. However at age 25, she left the stable world of banking to go travelling and spent a year out working as a holiday representative for Virgin Holidays on the island of Zakynthos. While she was there, a colleague introduced her to a book by Diana Cooper, called The Power of Inner Peace. The book changed her life as it awakened her spiritual DNA, reminding her she was a soul who had come here to learn many soul lessons and help make a positive difference to planet earth. Studying counselling and other spiritual qualifications while traversing her spiritual path, Rachael helps souls all over the world understand life on planet earth, ensuring they complete their soul lessons while discovering the earthly delights this planet offers. You’ve Got This is her first published book by a traditional publisher and offers an unique blend of psycho-spiritual advice written to help support young souls who are traversing the challenging adventure which is university. Rachael also runs workshops to help others understand more about the spiritual path, helping them to find joy, peace and love in this current incarnation.
