A former headteacher with years of experience teaching both English Literature and Language, she has a deep love of storytelling and the magic of words. Now focusing on writing full-time, she crafts immersive fantasy worlds inspired by her love of nature and the Welsh countryside, where she lives. Rebecca is passionate about world-building, creating alternative realities and intricate new worlds, as well as developing complex, and often flawed, characters. She particularly loves writing epic fantasies that follow a character's journey, weaving adventures to keep her readers enthralled. Through her writing, she transports readers to magical realms and uncharted territories brimming with both danger and delight. A lifelong fan of the genre, when not writing, Rebecca particularly enjoys experiencing fantasy through audiobooks as well as texts.
