Hi, I’m Rich Dunbar—a 21-year veteran of the Canadian Armed Forces, a lifelong learner, and someone who believes innovation starts where the problems actually live: on the ground. I hold an MBA, a PMP, and I’m currently working on my doctorate in Leadership and Strategy. Right now, I’m on leave from the military to lead the Veterans Homelessness Project in Nova Scotia, tackling real-world issues that matter. I’m also the founder of Bottom-Up Consulting Services and proud to serve on the board of HomeBridge Youth and Support Services. Bottom-Up Breakthrough is my first book—built on lessons learned in military innovation and applied to social change.
