Richard Koscher has spent 25 years leading brand transformations from inside the companies that needed them, at ThoughtSpot, Matillion, Neo4j, AdRoll, and the George Lucas Educational Foundation. He builds creative teams that ship work without burning out, and runs rebrands without the agency theater. His business book Rebrand Without the Bullsh*t: The In-House Playbook for Leading Brand Transformations is the playbook he wished someone had handed him on day one. He also writes and creates outside of work. REVEAL: The Empowerment of Appropriation Art, published by Snap Collective in 2024, explores how the masters built their work on those who came before them, from Picasso through Klimt. His children's book Gerda and Kai reimagines The Snow Queen for young readers. His next book, Blutsbrüder, is on the way. He paints in oils when he isn't working with words.
